Our Digger/Runner

Our dog Shiloh is a digger/runner. He loves to get out and run. We've given up on the chasing part. Now when he gets out we let him run till his heart's content. When he's done he comes and lays in the front until we let him in. I know this can be dangerous but if we chase him he just continues to run farther. No he's not obedient. He has issues and that's a story for another day.

 Now that the HMIC is home, he got to work on stopping the runner. He went out to Home Depot (one of our favorite stores) and picked up pavers.

They spent an afternoon laying the pavers and cleaning up the back porch. It looked all nice and clean with no holes. Our digger/runner is still trying.

So we have to go back to Home Depot for smaller pavers for the edge.

*It doesn't matter the size of the porch/yard he still digs and tries to run out. We dog sat once and that dog was a runner. So ours became a runner too.
